By utilizing the Tasking Task Management App ("the App"), you consent to adhere to and be governed by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Should you not consent to these Terms, kindly refrain from using the App.

Tasking delivers a task management tool that lets users organize, manage, and work together on projects and tasks.

Consumer Profiles.

To access the App, a user account must be created by you. You are accountable for keeping your account information private and for any activities that happen under it.

You accept the obligation to furnish exact, contemporary, and comprehensive information in the registration process and to amend this info to ensure it remains exact, contemporary, and comprehensive.

Conduct of User.

You bear full responsibility for the data and content you upload, share, or provide access to through the App.

Discontinuation.

Upon conclusion, all sections that are inherently meant to survive termination shall endure, including but not limited to ownership clauses, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and liability restrictions.

The application is delivered "as is," with no expressed or implied assurances. Tasking offers no guarantees or assurances about the accuracy, completeness, or specific suitability of the content or the application.

Liability Constraints

Tasking shall not be accountable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any profit or revenue losses, incurred directly or indirectly, or any data, use, goodwill, or intangible loss due to (a) your usage or incapability of using the App; (b) any unauthorized server access or use and/or personal info stored therein.

Law of Governance

The laws of [Jurisdiction] shall exclusively govern and control the interpretation, validity, and enforcement of these Terms, without reference to any conflicting legal rules.

Updates to Agreements
