Juicy, crispy, and full of flavor — these chicken tenders are easy to make and absolutely irresistible. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or party snacks.


Ingredients

  • 500g boneless chicken breast (cut into strips)
  • 1 cup buttermilk (or plain yogurt + splash of water)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (use panko for extra crunch)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying (or use air fryer/oven as a healthy option)

1. Marinate the Chicken

Soak the chicken strips in buttermilk, salt, and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours) to keep the meat tender and juicy.


2. Prepare the Coating

  • In one bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, add breadcrumbs.

3. Coat the Chicken

  • Remove chicken from marinade.
  • First, coat each strip in the flour mixture.
  • Then dip it back into the buttermilk.

4. Cook the Tenders

Frying:

Oven:
