✅ Ingredients You’ll Need:
- Rice vinegar, sugar & salt (for seasoning)
- Sushi rice (short-grain rice)
- Gluten-free nori sheets (seaweed)
- Fillings: Cucumber, avocado, cooked shrimp, imitation crab (check label), or raw fish (sushi-grade)
- Tamari (a gluten-free soy sauce substitute)
- Wasabi & pickled ginger (gluten-free versions available)
👩🍳 Steps to Make It:
1. Cook the Sushi Rice
- Rinse rice until water runs clear.
- Cook, then mix with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let cool.
2. Prep Your Fillings
- Slice veggies and fish into thin strips.

3. Roll Your Sushi
