1. Cook the Rice

  • Rinse sushi rice until water runs clear.
  • Cook as per package instructions.
  • Mix in vinegar, sugar, and salt while still warm. Let it cool completely.

2. Prepare the Fillings

  • Cook or prepare any proteins and let them cool.

3. Set Up Your Rolling Station
